Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for safety and hygiene reasons, our soaps cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns on our products. Our goal is to assist you in experiencing a more centered, relaxed and blissful life by providing the highest quality hand-crafted natural, scented soap bars. We truly believe you will love our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here so we can make it right. 

At Sweet Haven Soap Company, we want to help you make your home a personal sanctuary. Therefore, we strive to send our products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders generally ship out within 1-3 business days from when we receive them. Please note that during holidays and other busy times of the year, that time frame may increase. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, we will notify you via email.  

Since our company is located in Illinois, most U.S. residents will receive their product within 1-5 business days, depending on their location. Please note that all orders from Hawaii or Alaska will take longer than that for delivery. In every case, we do our best to provide you with the best shipping rates. Because we want to protect the hand-crafted items you have purchased, we take care to ship products with proper packing materials. Our rates reflect both shipping and handling costs.

International Orders

Due to the variety of packaging requirements and import taxes required in various countries, Sweet Haven Soap Company does not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States and its territories.
